Popocatepetl (Spanish Popocatépetl, Navatl Popōcatepētl), also known as El Popo, is a volcano in central Mexico with a height of 5426 meters. Popocatepetl is the second tallest volcano in North America, after the Orizaba volcano. It is one of the most active volcanoes in Mexico.
